Family Planning Vice-minister: “This… approach should serve as a model for integrating population programs…”

  The often brutal Chinese program of population reduction and control is being held up as an ideal model for governments when “integrating population programs” into environmental policies. Reporting from Copenhagen, China Daily reports,

“Population and climate change are intertwined but the population issue has remained a blind spot when countries discuss ways to mitigate climate change and slow down global warming, according to Zhao Baige, vice-minister of National Population and Family Planning Commission of China (NPFPC).”

The China Daily article admits that the population policies have caused a serious problem with an aging population and a widening gender imbalance. However, China’s Family Planning Vice-minister Zhao Baige states that, “I’m not saying what we have done is 100 percent right, but I’m sure we are going in the right direction…” Baige further states that,

“This holistic approach that integrates policy on population and development, a strategy promoting sustainable development of population, resources and environment should serve as a model for integrating population programs into the framework of climate change adaptation…”

In April of 2007, NPR covered the personal stories of just a handful of the millions of women in china effected by coercive population control policies. Wei Linrong, a victim of forced abortion, tells her story,

“I was scared,” Wei told NPR. “The hospital was full of women who’d been brought in forcibly. There wasn’t a single spare bed. The family planning people said forced abortions and forced sterilizations were both being carried out. We saw women being pulled in one by one.”

The officials gave Wei three injections in the lower abdomen. Contractions started the next afternoon, and continued for almost 16 hours. Her child was stillborn.”

As the Copenhagen climate change meeting unfolds, the true agenda of the world’s power elite is emerging. Part of that agenda came with the initial leak of the Climate Research Unit e-mails, severely damaging the credibility of global warming science. A second revelation came with the leak of the secret Danish text portion of the Copenhagen treaty. The text, written by the so called “circle of commitment” – which includes the US, Denmark and the UK – states that climate financing money from developing countries, thought to go to the UN, will in fact be paid directly to the IMF and World Bank.

That the IMF and World Bank would handle the climate financing for developing countries is not surprising, given the fact that these organizations have regularly funded sterilization programs aimed at third world countries. Additionally, The Optimum Population Trust, a UK based think tank, has called for cutting the population of developing nations in an effort to lower Co2 emissions. James Corbett succinctly states, “The scheme is being promoted as a more cost-effective way to reduce CO2 emissions than investing in alternative energy sources and offers a way for elitist racists to feel ethical in their quest to exterminate the third world masses.”

Indeed, the third world has been the target of population reduction programs for decades. Henry Kissinger’s National Security Study Memorandum 200, which advocates the use of food as a weapon against population, is a prime example of the Anglo-American establishment’s position on population control. The 1974 report states,

“Would food be considered an instrument of national power?… Is the U.S. prepared to accept food rationing to help people who can’t/won’t control their population growth?”

Today, food prices around the globe have exploded, due in part to the growing use of biofuel crops. Paul Joseph Watson writes, “The implementation of policies arising out of fraudulent fearmongering and biased studies on global warming is already devastating the third world, with a doubling in food prices causing mass starvation and death…” Lord Monchton, who has been a primary advocate against the Copenhagen Treaty, stated on the Alex Jones show,

“That’s how serious this is, these people, by their scientific fraud and financial fraud, they’re profiting enormously….while people die of starvation in a dozen regions of the world….it is a scandal of the worst proportion – our own fellow creatures are being killed by starvation because these people have lied and made up the science and hidden it so nobody else could check…”

The Chinese model of population control has already been implemented to a great extent in the third world. It is now being heralded by China at Copenhagen as a program for the world’s governments to adopt in an effort to fight against supposed man-made global warming.

COPENHAGEN: Population and climate change are intertwined but the population issue has remained a blind spot when countries discuss ways to mitigate climate change and slow down global warming, according to Zhao Baige, vice-minister of National Population and Family Planning Commission of China (NPFPC) .

“Dealing with climate change is not simply an issue of CO2 emission reduction but a comprehensive challenge involving political, economic, social, cultural and ecological issues, and the population concern fits right into the picture,” said Zhao, who is a member of the Chinese government delegation.

Many studies link population growth with emissions and the effect of climate change.

“Calculations of the contribution of population growth to emissions growth globally produce a consistent finding that most of past population growth has been responsible for between 40 per cent and 60 percent of emissions growth,” so stated by the 2009 State of World Population, released earlier by the UN Population Fund.

Although China’s family planning policy has received criticism over the past three decades, Zhao said that China’s population program has made a great historic contribution to the well-being of society.

As a result of the family planning policy, China has seen 400 million fewer births, which has resulted in 18 million fewer tons of CO2 emissions a year, Zhao said.

The UN report projected that if the global population would remain 8 billion by the year 2050 instead of a little more than 9 billion according to medium-growth scenario, “it might result in 1 billion to 2 billion fewer tons of carbon emissions”.

Meanwhile, she said studies have also shown that family planning programs are more efficient in helping cut emissions, citing research by Thomas Wire of London School of Economics that states: “Each $7 spent on basic family planning would reduce CO2 emissions by more than one ton” whereas it would cost $13 for reduced deforestation, $24 to use wind technology, $51 for solar power, $93 for introducing hybrid cars and $131 electric vehicles.

She admitted that China’s population program is not without consequences, as the country is entering the aging society fast and facing the problem of gender imbalance.

“I’m not saying that what we have done is 100 percent right, but I’m sure we are going in the right direction and now 1.3 billion people have benefited,” she said.

She said some 85 percent of the Chinese women in reproductive age use contraceptives, the highest rate in the world. This has been achieved largely through education and improvement of people’s lives, she said.

This holistic approach that integrates policy on population and development, a strategy promoting sustainable development of population, resources and environment should serve as a model for integrating population programs into the framework of climate change adaptation, she said.

Alexander Haig is quoted referring to the US State Department Office of Population Affairs, which was established by Henry Kissinger in 1975. The title has since been changed to The Bureau of Oceans, International Environmental and Scientific Affairs:

“Accordingly, the Bureau of Oceans, International Environmental and Scientific Affairs has consistently blocked industrialization policies in the Third World, denying developing nation’s access to nuclear energy technology–the policies that would enable countries to sustain a growing population. According to State Department sources, and Ferguson himself, Alexander Haig is a “firm believer” in population control.

Although the above stated quotes should be sufficient to prove that the elitists in power have definite intent to depopulate this planet to what they deem to be a sustainable level. Some will argue these are only opinions and are of no real consequence. I will now move on to providing bits of documentation showing this is a plan that has a worldwide scope of influence.

Most of these documents are at least 10 years old, some older. That however, does not take away from the seriousness of the content. Do not think them invalid due to their age. It takes time to foment plans on such a grand scale. But, if you are honest with yourself you can see glimpses of these things happening today.

I am going to cover some issues stemming from the UN Treaty on Biological Diversity (Agenda 21), which Bill Clinton signed into law in 1993 before it was sent to the U.S. Senate for ratification.
